1. “Between Hope and Despair: The Obama Strategy for Afghanistan”. Dr. Robert Ricigliano, Director of the Institute of World Affairs, UW-Milwaukee. Saturday, April 10 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 140 N. 7th Avenue, West Bend. Potluck at 12 noon and program at 1 pm.
